I know my Enneagram Type and have studied the Enneagram for quite a bit. How would this programme value-add to my development?
One of the focus of the NLE is the distinction between self-awareness and self-mastery. The NLE is for you if you pursue self-mastery, which is a lifelong development. This means going beyond using the Enneagram to explain yourself; and learning to reprogramme your patterns while preserving the authenticity of who you are and what you are capable of.

Do I have to be an NLP Practitioner to do this programme?
No. This programme is designed for anyone with or without NLP background to master the applications of Neuro-Linguistic Enneagram. You’ll pick up the key foundations for Multi-Intelligence NLP in the course and learn how to facilitate incremental change for yourself and others.
I am a graduate of Mind Transformations’ NLP programmes. How does this programme enhance my development?
As an NLP Practitioner, you are equipped with many tools and techniques to shift your patterns, manage emotions and expand your resourcefulness. The NLE does not overlap with what you have learned in the NLP programmes. It gives you another layer to work on yourself – which is the WHY behind all your mental, emotional and behavioural patterns. In short, having NLP + NLE makes you even more effective at mastering yourself. You work directly with your deep structure (personality), so your transformation is more sustainable and congruent.
I’m a Professional Coach and have undergone coach training. How will this programme benefit me?
The NLE enables you to profile your clients with deeply useful personality insights. One of the challenges for practising Coaches is how to enable people to be more self-aware, to see their own self-sabotages without telling them so. This is the strength of NLE, because your clients answer simple questions, and the report reveals their subconscious personality structure. Is this course for me if I don’t want to become a Coach?

How is the NLE different from MBTI, DISC or StrengthsFinder?
MBTI, DISC and StrengthsFinder are very good at classifying your strengths, thinking styles, communication preferences and behavioural traits. They don’t explain what drives you, why you are the way you are. NLE reaches deeper to uncover your core desires and positive intentions. Through this awareness, you become more capable of shifting the way you express your intentions.
