We are the first, and one of very few NLP training academies in the world that conduct practical evaluation for our participants to confirm their NLP Practitioner Certification.
The evaluation is practical feedback on the Practitioner’s competency in utilising the NLP tools and techniques effectively.
The feedback is designed to be relevant and applicable to real-world situations, ensuring that practitioners can apply what they have learned towards achieving their desired outcomes. That means, they can adapte the NLP applications to their context and situation, using clear and actionable strategies to create lasting change and results for themselves.
To become a certified NLP Practitioner, all the 5 modules must be completed, with the relevant competencies demonstrated.
Yes, it is relevant.
Through the training, you get to unlearn your limiting habits or “inner programming” that get in the way of your success.
You’ll develop new ways of thinking, communicating, behaving, working and living to thrive in the new paradigm. The training includes structured exercises and processes to enable you to develop your mastery and expand your repertoire of people skills on finer levels - levels that are not typically explored in conventional training programmes.
The true mark of a successful coach lies in their deep mastery as a coach, and their being as a person. The integration of both skills and being as a coach impacts the coach’s ability, credibility, branding and value.
Hence, to earn the NLP Practitioner certification and continue with our coach training, participants who have done coach training elsewhere are still required to complete all the 5 modules.
In doing so, you get the opportunity to recalibrate and enhance your coaching capabilities and being as a coach. The training will complement your existing skillsets - you will sharpen your skills and align your deepest sense of identity and being as a coach, to add value and deliver an impact in the VUCA world.
