Multi-Intelligence NLP (MI-NLP) is a time-tested, neuroscience-based methodology that works directly with human psychology.
The distinction of Multi-Intelligence NLP is its emphasis on leveraging the whole-body intelligence, including Physical Intelligence (PQ), Emotional Intelligence (EQ), Mental Intelligence (IQ) and Spiritual Intelligence (SQ).
When we progress beyond using only our cognitive abilities (IQ) to understand something, we gain a deeper appreciation for it. By aligning our multiple intelligences, we unleash the ability to congruently express ourselves and deliver our intended impact.

Joseph Ch'ng
Joseph is an NLP & ICI Coach Trainer with 10 years of business leadership experience. He has certified over 300 practitioners in professional coaching, people skills, and profiling.
He specialises in applying NLP with multiple disciplines, including systems thinking, experiential learning, the Enneagram, Polarity Thinking, Agile, and Tai Chi.
Joseph’s clients include Boston Consulting Group, Hilti, BNP Paribas, Tapestry, F5 Networks, Changi Hospital Group, SGX, Pulau Sambu, EDB, and GovTech.
Barney Wee
Barney Wee is the President of ICI Singapore. The pioneer of Multi-Intelligence NLP, he is also an ICI Coach Master Trainer & NLP Master Trainer. He has integrated NLP with the practical aspects of the Multiple Intelligences theory (formulated by Harvard Professor Howard Gardner) and helps people achieve congruent and sustainable change at all levels – through coaching and training.
Barney holds a Ph.D. in Professional Coaching and Human Development, and has trained countless corporate clients like DBS, NUS, BBC Worldwide and DHL, among others.
