Joseph Wong is the Founding Director and Principal Trainer of TrainingGearAsia Pte Ltd. He is an entrepreneur, a behavioural transformation coach, professional speaker and experiential trainer. He simply loves discovering and understanding human behaviors through his behavioural experiential building platform.

Joseph is the author of the book, “The Power Science of Influence™ – Proven People Strategies At Work, Sales and Team”, a topic that delved into the science and art of influence and persuasion at work, sales and team. He is also the mastermind behind Experiential Onboarding!™, helping organizations turn conventional orientation programmes into highly experiential experiences.

Unique Background

Joseph’s adventurous background includes being a prior member of the commando and paratrooper corps. His Special Forces experience had given him the chance to work through the United Nation in a Peace Keeping Campaign; harnessing valuable lessons which he shares in his experiential leadership-building programmes.

To date, Joseph has trained more than a thousand professionals in the domains of communication at work, sales, and team under his signature programmes – The Power Science of Influence™, behavioural team building and psychometrics interventions. He has proven his model of excellence by successfully coaching a business team to win accolades for Singapore two years consecutively on the international stage in South Africa and New York. He is also a leader in the youth enterprise scene in Singapore, spearheading the first of its kind Enterprise Boot Camp (Intensive) for both business and social enterprise training for youth start-up, revolutionizing the learning landscape for enterprise training.
