Coaching Practicum
The Coaching Practicum offers supervised practice with real coaching cases, allowing you to develop the EQ and identity of a coach and confidently take on professional engagements.
The Practicum and supervised coaching are part of the hours requirement for the coaching certification and it is mandatory to complete the Practicum in its entirety.
PART ONE:
"EQ of Coaching" Masterclass (2 days)
- Seeing and shifting resistance
- Reading the nuances of human needs
- Navigating the transient nature of ownership and performance
- Supervised coaching and feedback
PART TWO:
Conversational Mastery and Somatic SCORE (2 Days)
- Somatic SCORE - leveraging how the body intelligence expresses our relationship with the world
- Coaching micro-skills drills
- Work with real cases
- Supervised coaching and feedback
PART THREE:
"Identity as A Coach" Masterclass (2 days)
- Examining the limiting beliefs that hinder a coach’s confidence and impact
- Let’s talk about money: Getting paid without feeling like a fraud
- Supervised coaching and feedback
Coaching Certification Confirmation
- Self-paced
- Document coaching hours (20 hours) with feedback & reflection
- Submit a written assignment
- Complete in 12 months
