We, at Mind Transformations Pte Ltd (“MT”), respect your privacy. We are posting MT’s Privacy Policy to disclose MT’s practices and approach to respectful and fair data protection. This Policy governs how we collect, protect, store, process, transfer and use the personally identifiable information we collect from and about you.

1. Information We Collect

1.1We gather information such as name, physical address, email address and phone number when you contact or communicate with us

1.2 Registration can be made online or via the enrollment forms provided. Please email completed forms to info@nlpsgasia.com.

1.3 We also gather your courses of interest when you sign up for Introductory Kits, subscribe to our newsletter, request for training course and workshop  updates, participate in the NLP Preview, Skills Enhancement Training or any other event or promotion.

1.4 When you are on MT’s website, we collect information about the pages you visit. Some of these pages use cookies or web beacons to automatically collect information from you.  These cookies (small text files containing a string of characters) and web beacons (pixel tags or clear gifs) enable us to collect certain types of information about your visit such as Internet Protocol address, browser type, operating system, referring site (site you visited before coming to our website), date and time of visit, URL of pages visited, and other browsing behaviour.

1.5 We will sometimes obtain information from other sources such as commercial lists and compile it with information we have previously collected.

2. How We Use Information We Collect

We use the information to conduct business, provide information and support for training courses, workshops and seminars, to better understand your interests and needs, refine our business and develop our business, improve services, personalize communications and ensure quality experience with MT. This includes:

2.1 Communicate, interact and build relationship with you.

2.2 Contact you with relevant promotions and information on MT and partners.

2.3 Process, fulfill and follow up on transactions and requests on training, workshop, seminars and information.

2.4 Engage in market research.

2.5 Measure, analyze and improve our training courses, workshops, seminars and services, the effectiveness of our web sites, and our marketing and advertising.

2.6 Personalize content and advertising.

2.7 Identify and communicate offers or promotions of programs that may be of interest to you.

2.8 Send “refer-a-friend” email on your behalf.

2.9 Enforce conditions of sales and website terms of use, prevent fraud and other prohibited or illegal activities.

3. How We Share and Disclose Information

3.1 We may share or disclose your information as follows:

3.1.1 To our service providers, who are acting and using your information solely on our behalf.
3.1.2 If we suspect a violation of our policies, or to protect the rights of any person.
3.1.3 To respond to judicial process, valid government inquiry, or is required by law.
3.1.4 To other third-parties for purposes you have allowed.
3.1.5 Your information may be transferred together with the company in the even that MT is acquired.

3.2 We will not disclose, share, transfer, sell or rent information to any third-party without your consent. We do not send unsolicited marketing email to you.  You will occasionally receive email on special promotions we hold. Out of respect for your privacy, you may opt-out of receiving these communications by replying to unsubscribe in the subject line in the email.

3.3 We would not display or make publicly available, whether through online directories, customer lists, the information collected.

4. Accuracy

We want to maintain the accuracy of your of your contact information. If you need to update or correct it, you may do so online under “Update Your Records”. We will incorporate the changes as soon as possible. We may also keep a copy of the prior information for our records.

5. Security

5.1 We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of the information we have collected from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. In addition, we use standard security protocols and mechanisms to transmit sensitive data such as credit card details.

5.2 Only authorized personnel have access to our system. Contractors or other temporary employees do not have access to the data.

6. Changes to Privacy Policy

6.1 As our services are improved, updated or expanded, we may change or update this policy so we ask that you please refer back to this page periodically.  By using any of MT services you agree to the terms of the most recent version of our privacy policy.

6.2 Our mechanisms and processes are in place to receive and address complaints or inquiries about our policies and procedures relating to the handling of personal data. Appropriate measures will be taken to amend policies and procedures if a complaint is found to be justified.

Mind Transformations Pte Ltd (“MT”) is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal information you submit against errors, sabotage, fraud and breach of privacy . Our secure server encrypts all personal information (including name, address, credit card number and contact details) so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

The advanced technology employed by MT ensures all users that it virtually impossible for our users’ credit card information to be used fraudulently.

Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Encryption

Industry standard security measures are used which is made available through your browser called Secure Socket Layer (SSL).  SSL protocol is used to safeguard your sensitive personal information, including your credit card number, during online transactions. Using this widely accepted form of encryption, your transaction is secured from your personal computer to the computer processing your request. 

As users enter the payment information, it is captured on a page that uses the SSL protocol by default. All personal and financial information is encrypted as it travels over the Internet.  All financial information is stored in encrypted form on our servers. The server is also not accessible through the Internet.  Credit card security will continue to be an issue of top priority for our company.
